Well Done, Good and Faithful Servant

We are all familiar with the parable found in Matthew 25:21, where a master rewards his servants for wisely using the abilities he entrusted to them. For those who may not have heard or read these words, the meaning signifies that a servant has been faithful in their tasks and duties, whether big or small, and thus is deserving of praise and reward.

These are words I deeply hope to hear from my Lord when I finally see Him face to face. It’s not that I crave credit for my deeds and accomplishments here on earth for His Kingdom; rather, it is the desire to hear His voice that resonates within me. Do you share this longing to hear those cherished words from our Lord?

I believe there is a perfect ministry where you can use your gifts and talents! Our music and media ministry is seeking faithful servants with a heart to lead in worship, or serve diligently in the background through media.

Together, these two areas of ministry create a supportive atmosphere for worship and praise as we connect with our Holy God. Music, through singing, alongside our audio/visual efforts, helps spread the Good News to a world that desperately needs to hear about Jesus.

Music has the powerful ability to help people feel connected to God, allowing us to focus on worship and praise. It also serves to unite us as a body. Currently, we have close to 20 extra chairs in our choir loft, and one of those chairs has your name on it! We would be thrilled to have you join us for any Wednesday rehearsal at 6:45 p.m. in the choir room.

Our media team plays a crucial role in bringing people into worship. As we continue to enhance our systems, I believe these advancements are vital in reaching our community effectively. Come see what it’s like to serve on the tech side of ministry and discover the joy of contributing to our worship experience.

Will you pray and consider being a part of these ministries? Don’t keep the talents the Lord has given you hidden!
