Dear Graduates

Graduation is a significant milestone—a time to pause, reflect, and celebrate all the hard work, perseverance, and growth that have brought you to this moment. Whether you are graduating from high school or college, this day marks both an ending and the beginning of new opportunities. Feeling joy, relief, excitement, and maybe a little uncertainty about what is next is natural.

As your church family, we want you to know how proud we are of you. We celebrate this moment with you, cheer you on, and lift you up in prayer for all that lies ahead.

But today is also a moment to look back. God was with you through late nights, hard tests, and moments when you wondered if you could keep going. He was present in the struggles, shaping your character, growing your faith, and walking beside you—even when you couldn’t see it. As you reflect on these past years, let them remind you of His faithfulness that carried you through every step.

The same faithful God goes before you in this next chapter. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us of the hope we have in Him: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Even when the path feels uncertain, God is writing a story of hope. Graduation is an invitation to keep trusting Him with the unknowns. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” You don’t have to have all the answers. God promises to guide you, one step at a time.

And remember, He’s not done with you yet. Philippians 1:6 assures us: “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Congratulations, graduates! We celebrate you and pray as you step forward with hope and trust in the One who goes with you.
