Young Adults

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful life.

1 Peter 2:9

The Young Adult Ministry at South Tulsa Baptist Church is a place to grow in your relationship with Jesus and build real community. We worship, serve, and do life together as we grow as disciples who make disciples. We meet weekly for Bible study, fellowship, and worship, and stay active with events happening throughout the year. Check out the calendar or join our GroupMe to get connected.

When We Meet

Wednesdays

Beginning September 9, the Young Adult group will meet on Wednesday nights at 6:00 p.m. for a time of worship, a message, and small-group discussion in the Chapel. We will take an in-depth look at the book of Jude, exploring how to contend for the faith, recognize false teaching, and remain steadfast in Christ. Please come for a great night of worship and community! Please get in touch with Laura McFarlin for more information about the group.

Sundays

We have two Bible Study groups for our Young Adults that meet at 9:40 a.m. Our college students and young adults meet in room C247 and are taught by Wendy Beller. They are currently studying the FOUNDATIONS – a study through the foundational stories of the first five books of the Bible. The Young Professionals class meets in room C242 and is taught by Amber Hermes and Doug McFarlin. They use Lifeway’s Explore the Bible material and are currently studying selected passages from Matthew.
