What to Donate to The Ministry Center and Jenks CarePoint
Your donations can make a significant impact on someone’s life. To help maximize your contributions, we’ve outlined the clothing and household items most needed for both facilities.
Clothing Donations – Jeans, Coats & Warm Vests/Outerwear, Hoodies, Bras & Sports Bras, Warm-Up Pants/Sweatpants/Leggings, Sweaters, T-Shirts (Short & Long Sleeved), Scrubs & Pajamas (PJ’s), Slacks/Dress Pants & Dresses, Backpacks, Purses, Belts, Tennis Shoes.
Household Donations – Blankets, Sheets, Comforters, Towels, Small Household & Kitchen Items, Baby Items (strollers, car seats, diaper bags, baby blankets), Children’s Toys & Games, Books (Bibles, Christian-themed books, children’s books), Jewelry.
Important Guidelines – Condition: All items should be clean, gently used, and free from any damage or need for repair. This helps ensure that every donation is useful and ready for immediate distribution. Labeling: Please label bags. This helps us manage donations efficiently and distribute them quickly. Transportation: Items are transported to JCP and TMC via van from the church. Please bag or box them with this in mind. Do not leave loose items at the church and please remove clothes from hangers. Consider taking items not listed above to The Salvation Army or Goodwill.
