God-Made – Begins Sunday, January 4, 2026
Sunday Mornings at 8:30 & 10:50
As our world trends more towards the artificial, our connections to the pure goodness of God’s creation seem to be fading away. Though we have opportunities each day to enjoy the wonder of all that God has made—things man couldn’t make—we opt to spend hours upon hours looking down rather than up. We’re not growing happier, we’re just more distracted. How might we swim against the tides of the trends? What if the answers to our endless struggles with spiritual, mental, and physical health have been with us all along? Let’s begin 2026 together with a renewed sense of admiration for all that is “God-made.” Genesis 1 describes God’s work of speaking and forming all of creation, including our own existence. As we revisit the story of creation in Genesis and beyond, we will discover countless ways the Bible points us to the wonder of God’s good creation, made by His powerful word. We’ll also discuss each week some helpful practices to help us pull away from the intense draw of our technology and media and find space again for the goodness of God.
