Celebrate Your Story | Thursday, April 26
The Women’s Ministry Committee is happy to announce our spring event, “Celebrate Your Story.” Join us from 6:00–8:00 p.m. for a light dinner and an opportunity to hear our speaker, Sandy Minardi, from Many Faces of Love ministry. Sandy will share her story and show us how we too have stories, which can help encourage us and others. This is going to be a great time of fellowship that you will not want to miss.

The cost for this event is $5. Childcare is available for preschool children by reservation (please feed them before arriving). Please sign up and indicate the ages of the children you’re bringing.

Sign up online here or at the Women’s Ministry table by the Welcome Center by April 22.

Quilt-a-thon | Tuesday, May 8
We will meet from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Commons. The quilts will be donated to the new ministry center, Jenks CarePoint. Come for the entire day or just a few hours. If you like to sew, bring your machine, but sewing skills are not necessary. There will be lots of cutting, pressing and pinning to construct the quilts. Sign up at the Women’s Ministry table in the Commons and see a few of the quilts we will be creating.

Arts & Crafts Expo

Each year in mid November our Women’s Ministry hosts the Arts & Crafts Expo. Last year we had over 60 vendors and are hoping for just as many this year. There will be a variety of items available including home decor, jewelry, baby items, local photography, woodcraft items, and much more! The vendors are from Tulsa and surrounding communities. There is also a wonderful basket auction. It’s a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping, while supporting a great cause. All of the proceeds, plus 10% of all vendor’s sales go to support our Student Spring Break Mission Trip to Belize.
