Christmas Dinner Theater
The Christmas Dinner Theater is a church-wide project intended to enhance relationships within the church family and at the same time, provide a unique outreach tool to the community. Auditions take place in September and rehearsals begin in October. There are five presentations: Tuesday (Community Night), then Thursday through Saturday night with a Saturday matinee. The evening performances, complete with candlelight dinner served by waiters and waitresses, provide a wonderful opportunity to invite neighbors and friends to hear the gospel in a unique setting.

Join us for Christmas Dinner Theater, a 28-year tradition at South Tulsa Baptist Church. You enter the Commons to the sounds of Christmas music performed by the Adult Handbell Choir and then move into the transformed gym to enjoy an elegant candlelit dinner in a festive atmosphere followed by A Rose Blooms at Christmas, a fun musical that the whole family will enjoy. Performances are December 5-7, at 7:00 p.m. with a free matinée on December 7 at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person and will go on sale November 4.

Summer Music Activity For Kids (SMAK)

SMAK | June 10-14, 2019
SMAK is a five day summer musical activity from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. daily. The children learn a musical and participate in daily field trips. Scripture memorization, the plan of salvation, and other Biblical principles are taught. The musical is performed for a local retirement center and at South Tulsa for parents and congregation on Friday night. The cost for the entire camp is $35 which includes all field trip expenses and a t-shirt. Boys and girls should bring a sack lunch and a drink each day.

PreSMAK | June 10-12, 2019
Preschool-Summer Music Activity for Kids (PreSMAK) is offered from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for children who are 3 years-Kindergarten. Preschoolers learn music and participate in activities Monday through Wednesday with a Praise’Ntation on Wednesday evening. The cost for the entire camp is $20 which includes a t-shirt.
